About Me
I was born in Denver and raised in Colorado Springs. I have lived in Colorado most of my life and as you might expect, my interests have a lot to do with the mountains and the outdoors. I studied geology and mineralogy when I was younger and have spent many years rock climbing, collecting minerals and cave exploring. For a while, I worked as a psychotherapist, working at the Fort Ord Army Hospital, the State Hospital at Fort Logan and Southwest Denver Mental Health Center.
My current occupation is writing astronomy software for controlling large telescopes, radio telescopes and satellite tracking antennas. My current hobbies include bicycling, cave exploring and skiing.
