Born December 12, 1976, Evon Latrail was born at Memorial Hospital. Arriving one minute after her twin brother at 10:40am, Sunday morning. She was the last child from her parents 9 children. Born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, she was brought up in the church and had a very strict upbringing. Evon Latrail singed in the church choir, did solo's, and acted in a few plays. She wrote songs and poetry through out her childhood years, knowing from a early start that her career belonged in the entertainment world. By the time she reached high school, Evon attended drama 1 her first year, and drama 2 her second year. She left school her 11th grade year and later on got her GED. Evon wanted to live a party girl lifestyle and that's just what she did for a few years. Later she tried settling down with her boyfriend in, Miami. After being physically abused for almost 3 years, She left the relationship in 2001. And moved back in her parents home. A few months later, Evon was discovered by a local photographer. He told her he was planning on doing a swimwear calendar of 12 women. Evon was interested. She asked if the photographer can make a change of plans to the calendar. He did. The agreement would be Evon Latrail for the entire calendar. She begin working with other photographers and started networking as well. The photographer who first discovered her suggested that she consider a singing career because he liked her voice. Months later Evon found herself in the studio singing hooks for rappers who lived near her home. She started back writing music as well. In 2003 Evon Latrail started her own entertainment company, Latrail's Entertainment. She sold calendars, posters, and music. Along with working out and almost starving herself to stay on a more slimmer side, it became to much for the up and coming artist. She also faced a much bigger problem, every guy she tried to do business with wanted to cross the line of business to a more personal level making her stress become unbearable. Evon quoted If I have to sleep my way to the top, I'm going to be at the bottom for a long time. Due to a dangerously low potassium and weight loss, Evon was hospitalized twice in late 2003 because of her heart. She remembered thinking, I am going to die. But she didn't. She started thinking about death. She wondered if she would have died, would she have made it to heaven gates or got stuck in hell.
