J. D. Currie (birth year, city???) is a writer living in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. He has written two fiction books, A Fortress of Lies, and Judgement Tramp, both of which feature the fictional character Eb Maclean as the protaganist.

A Fortress of Lies (2007) is the first book in the series. The main character, Eb Maclean, is an ex-Army helicopter pilot who inadvertently becomes involved in a murder investigation in Dearborn, Michigan. The primes suspect in the case, Susie Margolian, is suspected of killing her boyfriend, Levi Straub, a self-proclaimed Zionist who was involved in a gunrunning ring with ties to a terrorist group.

Judgement Tramp (2010) is the second book in the series and also features Eb Maclean as the protaganist. Eb is a witness to a car bombing that kills a friend of his half-sister, Maggie. Maggie convinces Eb to look into the murder, and soon Eb finds evidence that Maggie might be involved in the murder plot. Maggie is arrested for the murder and Eb works against the clock to clear her name.

A third book in the series, Keepers of the Oath, is scheduled to be published in 2012.
