edit- ^ Virtually all games should work in widescreen, however it's best to check. The games with related notes have problems with widescreen, but others may do too.
- ^ WSGF: Possibly doesn't natively support widescreen, but .ini works fine.
- ^ CivFanatics FAQ, also the rest of the site is very informative. Plus, get a real world map!
- ^ Check out IGN's guide!
- ^ The Game of the Year Edition includes Oblivion, Knights of the Nine, and Shivering Isles.
- ^ Mods! Staggeringly huge selection, but the final list should be as minimalist as possible. Two major categories need to be filled: gameplay (OOO) and graphics (The Oblivion Texture Overhaul). Other mods needed, but again, only the most necessary. The Elder Scrolls Forums –> Oblivion Mods.
- ^ Retail includes all official downloadable content: Wizard's Tower, Orrery, Mehrunes' Razor, Thieves Den, Vile Lair, Horse Armor Pack and Spell Tomes. Actually, Fighter's Stronghold was also released, so get that too.
- ^ The Deluxe Edition.
- ^ WSGF: Doesn't natively support widescreen, but .ini seems to works fine.
