Hey! I'm Liam Sherman-Parris. Yeah, that's my actual name. I'm a web dev, my personal passions include: ancient history, machine learning, retro gaming, a bunch of stuff. Love Star Trek TNG/DS9 and ya even VOY.
Finally joined after all of these years using this profoundly important site. My goal is to help expand stubs, add sources, improve neutrality, and anything else that I have some time to help out with.
Don't hesitate to drop a line on my talk page if you have any feedback for an edit I've made! Always learning.
Contributions
editI do a fair amount of small edits with particular care to resolving articles with conflicts of interest or neutrality issues. I take special care to build consensus, engaging in Talk page discussion highlighting both perspectives, attempting to find a balance that best presents all perspectives.
When I have time, I pick random stubs to expand, particularly those involving historical figures, art, and anything corporate (don't ask me why lol).
Articles I Substantially Contributed To
editMalmö Art Academy (this version) - originally a tiny stub, I essentially wrote this article, covering the academy's history from it's inception to present-day.
Health marketing (this version) - originally a stub with major issues (advertising bias, lack of citations), I significantly expanded the scope of this article - reworking the introduction and introducing several new sections providing a deeper-dive into healthcare marketing, insights into the regulatory landscape, and more.
Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (this version) - originally a stub containing almost no citations. I tracked down a variety of English and Spanish sources for every principal statement in the article, and finally expanded it to describe a previously unmentioned commercial records library. I want to revisit this one to give it some love for it's architectural history - beautiful building.
