Paquin/Worth in the UK

edit

A separate company was established in the UK in 1896, known as Paquin Ltd. From 1945, this owned the company Worth (London) Ltd.[1] In 1957, Paquin in London published an announcement about the company's finances, noting that the company's business had comprised dressmaking and perfurmery until 1956. Since then, trading activities were confined to a perfumery business in Paris and Worth (London), operating from 50 Grosvenor Street Mayfair, and described as: "a profitable business".[1]
