Deborah Ann Roberts BEM (May 10, 1952 – September 9, 2024) was a British soprano and early music specialist. She was a member of The Tallis Scholars from 1978 to 2008. Roberts co-founded Musica Secreta in 1990.[1][2][3][4][5]
In 2002, Roberts and Clare Norburn co-founded the Brighton Early Music Festival. For her service to the community through the festival, Roberts was awarded the British Empire Medal in the 2024 King’s Birthday Honours.[6][7]
