Tamara Miller is a music student at the University of California, Berkeley. She studies voice with Susan Gundunas and sings in choir under Marika Kuzma.
She was formerly a student at McGill University in Strategic Studies and presented papers at GERSI (Groupe d'Ètude et de Recherche sur la Sécurité Internationale) on the British plans for Germany after World War II and on the role of Hirohito on Japanese War Council decision making.
Tamara is interested in music, propaganda, and war, and in historical music performance practices.
