About Me

Hello My name is Aldo Morales, I am an 18 year old college student studying at Everett Community College. I graduated from high school in 2021 from Marysville Getchell High-school[Getchell High School]. I also love playing soccer, I have played for as long as I can remember. My dad is the one that got me into soccer and we also support the same teams, Fc Barcelona and Chivas[Guadalajara]. My favorite player has always been Lionel Messi. I also started working out at the gym, my cousin got me into it last year and now it's apart of my daily routine. My family and I love traveling, we recently went on vacation to Hawaii and we loved all the natural beauty and the culture.

My Wikipedia Interests

Wikipedia seems interesting to me because, it lets anyone help inform others about all types of things. If you know a lot about something in specific then you can put your knowledge out there for people to learn more about that thing. Since I know a lot about soccer, then I can easily use my knowledge inform others about the game.

Article Evaluation

Marysville Getchell High School is in Marysville, Washington, it opened up in 2010. I personally attended Marysville Getchell from 2017-2021, I met such great people there and made lifelong friends. I visited the Marysville Getchell High School article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: the design, the facility and the green features.

In section where it talks about the facility, the edits were made a couple years after the school opened up. But it doesn't really need to be changed because the campus is still the same to this day, they haven't renovated it. It also has a good amount of citations, almost every fact they talk about has a citation.

When it talks about the design of the school, it doesn't provide any citations even though they are talking about some facts of the design of the school. But overall this section doesn't need to be changed because the school design remains the same.

It also talks about the green features of the school, "Environmentally friendly features include skylights to bring natural light into the building to reduce daytime artificial lighting and using the forest shade and operable windows in lieu of a mechanical cooling system." It gives these facts but it doesn't provide any evidence. Although in this section it does have a decent amount of citations.

Overall this article is reliable, but it is a bit biased because they are trying to promote the school. It doesn't let just anyone edit the article because, they are trying to promote themselves. The article isn't really up to date but it doesn't really need to be because the structure of the school hasn't changed. It also has a good amount of citations which makes them look good because they are proving their facts.
