The topic of hydrophobic collapse as significant thermodynamic catalyst for biological function is not addressed as thoroughly as it could be.
This stub discusses a type of structural interaction which I find fascinating. It could be expanded more to discuss the mathematics and principles behind computational analysis of protein deviations and thus changes in function.
Another subject related to protein folding that I think would be a great topic to expand upon.
