Hi. I'm a minor contributor from a rather uninspiring city in the UK. My main interests are the French language, which I have been immersing myself in pretty much daily for the best part of a decade, French film, programming, scripting, web design, and antiquity (mainly Ancient Rome).
I'm a reluctant editor, thus far making minor edits. I have attempted to distance myself from Wikipedia due to concerns about articles on Roman antiquity, but its continued utility as a useful source of information makes it challenging to fully disengage. Consequently, I'm limiting my activity to addressing issues that particularly bother me. The proliferation of falsely attributed busts and statues trouble me the most because Wikipedia's influence amplifies their spread.
Pseudo-Marius would be proud if he could see the number of distinguished Cornelii Scipiones his phony grandfather's busts have been linked to. 👻
