Jeff Allen is the founder of the International Hapkiyoosool Federation (martial arts) living in the United States. He is a 9th degree master in Hapkido.
Biography
editJeff Allen began his Hapkido training in 1976 at the age of 7.
Master Allen went to South Korea after college to study Hapkido under Grandmaster ChangYoung-Shil.
Master Allen earned his 9th dan in 2010, achieving grandmaster ranking.
In 2000, Master Allen had established the International Hapkiyoosool Federation with the support of GrandmasterChang, Young-Shil.
