Tips for making nutritious avocado smoothie
In Guatemala there are varieties of avocado, with which you can prepare many recipes, this time I have managed to make a very special avocado smoothie: if you only use half an avocado, (It can be from anywhere), plus a glass of milk, (It can be the milk you like the most), a couple of tablespoons of condensed milk, a little cinnamon powder, a tablespoon of vanilla essence, sugar and ice to taste, you will be surprised to put it all in the blender and work it at speed louder for a couple of minutes; It is such the delicacy that you will do it again, it provides you with many nutrients and you are satisfied.
