Ūząčępekė It's a delicious ice cream, made from the creamy and tasty goats milk. Made by mixing until the consistancy is droopy and very thin, this would take from half an hour to a few hours - it really depends on how the goats milk acts and the temperature also affects this. only during this stage can you flavour the mixture, you could only use natural flavours but noe they use some artifical flavours, they still use natural flavours. It is then placed in a bowl or a container which can hold the liquid ice cream so that it can harden and be scooped out and eaten like real ice cream. Before fridges were a thing, they had to keep it far underground so that it would be cold enought that it would harden a bit. It was also better to put it underground during the night because it is colder then. Now we have fridges. Originating from a town in the baltic countries, it is a dessert loved by all, known by all.
