Lung Wai Man James {15th August, 1974 - } is the chairman of Southern Democratic Alliance (a multi racial political party) and the chief executive of Hong Kong Community Development Network (www.hkcdn.org.hk). He established Hong Kong Community Development Network in 2000. In 2001, the government granted the association the status of charitable organization. In 2003, he joined the District Council Election. From 2000-2004, he joined the Lay Prison Evangelical Organization of the Hong Kong Catholic Church. He was responsible to visit the Hei Ling Chau Prison monthly and helped released inmates to find jobs. In 2003, he became the secretary og the organization and attended an international prison meeting in Ireland. In 2004, he became manager and consultants of three candidates of the legislative council election. The reporters named him as `Super manager’.
