editI am currently an External Liaison and CSR Manager at the Chip Mong Group[1]. I have built experience in the private sector for several years, counting E-commerce, corporation communication, communications consulting, social media, and marketing strategies. My passion is leaning vigorously toward the social entrepreneurship direction, the path I believe is the win-win strategy for all relevant stakeholders. I also am a believer in women's rights and prosperity. I recently graduated with two master's degrees in Communication and Development Studies and Public Administration from Ohio University[2], USA. My undergraduate degrees in Cambodia concentrated on Law at Royal University of Rules and Economic and Business Administration at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
Before pursuing higher education at Ohio University[3], I obtained eight years of working experience with prominent local and international nonprofit organizations in communications, resource development/fundraising, media, social media, event management, and advocacy. I interacted and collaborated with various partners, including the local community, academics, students, nonprofits, journalists, international partners, and government and private sectors.
Asides from the formal educational background, I have various awards such as exchange studies and a certificate in ICT and Pedagogical Development [4](in Sweden and Uganda), a certificate from the US Department of State Bureaus on Educational and Cultural Affairs as a Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiatives[5], and the CSLA award from Open Society Foundation[6].
