I am an undergraduate student at Marquette University in the College of Health Sciences. I am pursuing a degree in biomedical sciences with a focus on neuroscience, specifically trauma and age related degeneration as it pertains to cognitive and behavioral impairments. Furthermore, I am on tract to complete a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, once again with a focus on Neurological Rehabilitation. I currently work in a research lab on campus focused on the issue of axonal regeneration after complete Spinal Cord Injury through the use of retrograde gene therapies. My interests include studying progression and treatment of demonstrativeness disorders (Parkinson, MS, ALS, ect) and unpacking the questions surrounding conscious experience. I have spend substantial time independently researching the effects of micro-gravity conditions on physiology and the Central Nervous System. I am on the Marquette University Hockey Team in the ACHA, enjoy hiking the National Parks, and am a proud Cleveland, OH native.
