Filmbuster was an intercollegiate media event held in Goa, India, organized by Club Filmatics in association with the Department of Mass Communication of Don Bosco College Panjim on February 28, 2024, at the Don Bosco College Panjim campus.[1][2]

editThe event began with faculty members in charge of Club Filmatics and the Department of Mass Communication escorting the Chief Guest, Rajendra Talak, to the dais. Talak emphasized the importance of learning and creativity in media during his opening speech. An inaugural dance was performed by former Marathi serial child actress, Sakshi Nageshkar.

Ms. Devonna Gomes unveiled the lineup of events, and Mr. Mario Pimenta emphasized the role of media in amplifying the club's initiatives.[8]
