The article appears to potentially satisfy WP:WEB, on the basis of being the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the site itself. My research shows that Thievery UT has indeed been the subject of two non-trivial published works, one being PC Gamer magazine, and the other being IGN.
