Lead

  • Lead has been updated to reflect the new content added
  • The lead does include a good introductory sentence, but it can be improved to be more concise and clear. I think the first and second sentences/paragraphs should be switched
  • The lead does include a mostly brief description of the article's major sections, I'm not sure if you mean to have this much in the lead or if you intend to switch around the text, like putting the paragraph about the back cover into the article body, and making more of a brief summary of the article in the lead instead
  • The lead does present information that is not presented in the article -"This memoir is the first of Alderton's published books, followed by Ghosts, Dear Dolly, and Good Material —— all New York Times bestsellers." - I would suggest elaborating more on these books, like genre, awards, maybe brief summaries
  • The lead is concise and easy to read
    • Nice job adding so much to the lead in an effective manner!

Content

  • The content added is relevant to the topic
  • The content appears to be up to date, although maybe could talk about recent news or social media coverage of the book
  • The article does deal with Wikipedia's equity gaps because it does address topic topics related to historically underrepresented populations or topics, which is female memoirs and female successes

Tone and Balance

  • The content added appears to be neutral
  • No claims appear heavily biased
  • There is no negative reviews of the book, which could make it more balanced
  • The content added doesn't seem to appear to be intended to persuade

Sources and References

  • The new content all appears to be backed up by sources
  • Links work
  • Sources are relatively current, could add recent news
  • Sources are from a diverse spectrum of authors
  • May be better sources available, especially about the author's other books

Organization

  • The content added is well written, it's concise, easy to read, and clear
  • The break down of the content could be reorganized to flow more

Images and Media

  • A picture would be nice, either of the cover, TV series, author, etc.
