Becoming an Archer is an unsigned band from Corvallis, Oregon. Tom Cox, formally of the band Falling Up, is writing new material for their first release; Jessy Ribordy of Falling Up has taken charge of being the sole producer of this release, with Kelsey Smith engineering.
Becoming an Archer has self-released one song named "Be Alive" on iTunes and Amazon.com, and has released two other songs titled "Sweet Ghost" and "Ceilings" on their PureVolume page.[1] Throught their Facebook page, they've also announced two other song titles as being "Get Away" and "Ice Blue Eyes."[2]. Although the band has had no other official releases, it was announced on April 21, 2011 that the group was in the studio working on a six-track EP which would be released in the Fall of 2011. [3]
