Marc Lewis (born May 15, 1960), is a former Professional football player who played 3 years in the United States Football League (USFL), (Oakland Invaders and Denver Gold) (1983-1985), and 3 years in the Canadian Football League (CFL), (Ottawa Rough Riders and Calgary Stampeders), from 1986-1989. He is the second son of College Football, Canadian Football, and Black College Football Hall of Famer running back Leo Lewis, Jr. (Winnipeg Blue Bombers). He is also the brother of Leo Lewis III, former wide receiver of the Minnesota Vikings 1980-1991).

During Marc's 1987 year with Ottawa, Marc led the league with 94 catches for 1,195 yards and was named the team's Outstanding Player and MVP. Ottawa also named him their Schenley Award nominee for Most Outstanding Player in 1987.Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page)..

Marc grew up in Columbia, Missouri, and graduated from Rock Bridge High School where he won two State Championships in Football. Marc would attend Missouri Western State University on a football Scholarship before going pro.
