Manoj Kumar Kush (Hindi: [Manoj Kush]; 16 March 1986)is an Indian advocate, politician, social worker, sportsman and dramatic personality who works in High Court. He is been a brilliant students throughout his academic career and scored top in LLB and MBA. In an sports, political and advocacies career spanning over ten years, Kush has received numerous awards and participated in Cricket at national level, boxing at National level and performed in Handball at cluster level. He has argued around 3,000+ criminal cases so far. He is cited in the media as one of the most commercially successful advocate of North India and he is the Top-Paid advocate in North India. The only son of health Officer Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma, Kush began his career as a home tutor. Eventually, he has started his career with Trust Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. in July 2009 as a regional manager. Later on he joined India Bulls Securities Ltd. during August 2009 to February 2010 as a regional manager. Further he worked as an assistant professor at Guru Jambeshwar University and delivered lecturer in Govt. Polytechnic College as well. Lately, on November 01st 2014, he was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab And Haryana vide enrollment no. 1018/2012, under the guidance of his Mentor Advocate Ram Nivas Kush who is an advocate in Supreme Court, Hisar. Kush worked with him in the High court and session court, Hisar. He is a member of the International Council For Jurist and High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh. Since 2012 he has been working with District Bar Association, Hisar, Panchkula and Hansi. He is specialized in criminal, matrimony, and corporate cases. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a number of high-profile criminal leading cases.
In addition to his advocacy career, Kush was become a member of Adhivakta Parishad in 2014 and he joined Hindu Parishad as District Legal Officer. He is also a member of Kisan Morcha BJP, Hisar, as District Secretary. Associated with 'You and Seva' at state level. Kush established his 'Asian Institute Of Technology and Management' in Hisar, Haryana. (Closed in 2016). Above all, he is empaneled with various NGOs (to support health and education platform) and Healthy World Mission. Founder member of Navodaya Shakti (Alumni Association), Ridhi Education Research Welfare Society, Ek Kadam Zindagi Ki Aur. He is a 42 times blood donor.
