Darren Press was born in Queens, New York. Press and his family later moved to New City, NY. While living in New City, Press attended elementary school at Street School and went to Clarkstown North High School through 10th grade. He then transfered to and received his high school diploma from Rockland Country Day School in Congers, NY. He attended Boston University and was awarded a B.A. in History.[1]Press then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
After Law School, Press moved back to the East Coast and lived in New York City, performing with the comedy improv company Satire on Broadway under the direction of Michael ____ and performing with actors such as Chris______, Gary Goodrow, Anne_____. Press later became the Managing Director of the Melting Pot Theatre Company.
