I'm a faculty member at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the Department of Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies (JAMS). I also coordinate an interdisciplinary undergraduate certificate program called Digital Arts and Culture. I have an M.F.A in Photography from the Ohio State University.

In Spring 2012, students in my JAMS 232- Photojournalism class, collaborated with User:Jgmikulay to produce a pool of images that can be used and introduced into existing and new Wikipedia articles with the near term goal of ensuring that quality images that are correctly licensed and effectively displayed in the articles about Milwaukee sculptures in the encyclopedia.
