Liberty mark Nwetayo is a young programmer of about 23 years old from Rivers Nigeria settled in port harcourt, he specialize on skills like python, c/c++, ruby, java and JavaScript. He's building an operating system called Tayo that's soon to be lunch. Tayo is an operating system that works on mobile and computer which is meant to be working like mac, window and linus in a single role haven studying the above mentioned operating system, Liberty decided to build TOS, lunch varies by investors Liberty the founder is currently looking for investor who will aid the lunching process fast and successful.
