The Scientific Excellence Award in Qatar: The Scientific Excellence Day Award is an award that honors the scientifically distinguished people of the State of Qatar in various fields in order to spread the culture of creativity and excellence in the Qatari society and push students to further excellence and distinguished academic achievement.
The categories are divided into eight main categories, but this article will be limited to four categories here:

- ^ The Outstanding Primary Student: The distinguished category of students is selected based on certain criteria and conditions, including: 1 _ The student must hold Qatari citizenship, and he must hold a copy of the ID card. 2 _ The student must be in the sixth grade and registered in a primary school in the State of Qatar. Children of members of diplomatic bodies are excluded from the requirement to register in state schools, as well as students residing with their relatives outside the country in certain circumstances such as official assignments, scholarships, and treatment. 3 _ The student's percentage must be 95% or more in the average of the last three years. 4_ The student must receive one letter of recommendation submitted by a committee that includes each of the school director and the membership of the administrative, academic, specialist, and social representative.

Children of members of diplomatic bodies are excluded from the requirement to register in state schools, as well as students residing with their relatives outside the country in certain circumstances such as official assignments, scholarships and treatment. 3 _ The student's percentage must be 95% or more in the average of the last three years. 4_ The student must receive one letter of recommendation submitted by a committee that includes each of the school director and the membership of the administrative, academic, specialist, and social representative.
- ^ The Outstanding Secondary Student: The distinguished category of students is selected based on certain criteria and conditions, including: 1 _ The student must hold Qatari citizenship, and he must hold a copy of the ID card. 2 _ The student must obtain a high school diploma in the same year in the State of Qatar, and the children of members of diplomatic bodies are excluded from the requirement to register in state schools, as well as students residing with their relatives outside the country in certain circumstances such as official assignments, scholarships, and treatment. 3 _ The student's percentage must be 95% or more in the average of the last three years. 4_ The student must receive one letter of recommendation submitted by a committee that includes each of the school director and the membership of the administrative, academic, specialist, and social representative.
- ^ The Outstanding School Category: It is a school that has fulfilled the evaluation criteria by 80% as a minimum and is located on the territory of the State of Qatar. School Participation Terms: 1. That a public school has a very good rating in the last periodic evaluation of the school 3 years ago, and this rating is in the evaluation of leadership for schools and the field of administration. 2. Obtaining national or international school accreditation for five years in case the school is private (eligibility). 3. With the exception of schools in the external regions of the country, the school must represent one educational stage, regardless of the number of educational stages Competition terms: 1- Passing the field visit 2- Achieving a minimum of 80% or more of the total score points for the evaluation criteria. Prize value: 1- A cash reward of 100,000 one hundred thousand Qatari riyals + a gold medal + a certificate of excellence for two distinguished schools, one governmental and the other private. 2- The school that obtained 80% or more of the total points allocated and did not win, gets a certificate of excellence.
- ^ The Outstanding University Graduate: A Qatari student who holds a university degree from one of the accredited higher education institutions, and has a GPA of no less than 3.6 out of 4 out of the total certificate degrees or its equivalent. Conditions for participation: 1- The student must be a Qatari citizen> 2- Attach your CV to the application 3- Its average is not less than 3.6 out of 4 of the total degrees of the university degree or its equivalent. 4- Holds a university degree from one of the higher education institutions included in the lists of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education or operating in the country, or has an accredited university degree 5- With the exception of scholarship students and students studying outside the State of Qatar, he must have obtained a university degree in the same academic year in which the award was submitted. Competition terms: 1- Achieving a minimum of 85% of the total points of the evaluation criteria for the competition to win the gold medal. 2- Successfully pass the personal interview. 3- Achieving a minimum of 95% of the total points of the evaluation criteria for the competition to win the platinum medal. Prize value: Gold Medal Student: The student receives a gold medal, a financial reward of 35,000 Qatari riyals, and a certificate of excellence. Platinum Medalist: The student receives a platinum medal, a financial reward of 45,000 Qatari riyals, and a certificate of excellence.
