I am an avid research enthusiast working towards a BSS degree in Economics at the University of Dhaka. I seek to use my passion for learning new things online in developing my skills and making the most of any work opportunity that I get.
In the past 5 years, I represented various organizations and institutions which include Notre Dame Science Club, Notre Dame Quiz Team, Economics Study Center, The Daily Star, পাশে আছি Initiative. I played numerous roles in all these organizations, ranging from logistical and technical support to background data research. As a former quizzer of NDC Gold and NDC Green Quiz teams, and contributor for The Daily Star, I take a special interest in online research activities and data analysis. My work experience for The Daily Star also includes making questions and helping in organizing the ongoing DS Genius Quiz Competition, an initiative by Shout.
My experience in different work environments has helped me grow a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility at whatever I do. I believe my sense of responsibility coupled with my dedication and commitment for any task assigned to me, will help me create a difference in your renowned organization.
I have an ardent inclination to stay thoroughly updated on contemporary socio-political issues around the world. This pushes me to research about events that have happened in the past. My affiliation with Economics Study Center and The Daily Star enabled me to expand these interests even more. My interest in geopolitics and passion for travelling help me a lot to know more about people’s lives and places outside my own society. Although not a bookworm, I would like to call myself a bibliophile who enjoys collecting and delving into different kinds of fictions and non-fictions every now and then. To me, each movie/ TV show is a new experience, a different take on life and its perspectives.
