This automatically includes a rationale for taking action on a misplaced redirect. A misplaced redirect is a redirect in the form Foo that targets Foo (bar). This should usually be fixed, but there isn't a single solution, and some solutions are more ideal than others. The explanatory essay that describes misplaced redirects explicitly states that these redirects should be nominated at redirects for discussion in order to determine the best action.

Misplaced redirect. The fact that the target contains a disambiguator implies there may be other topics referred to as "{{{redirect}}}". If any other topics are found, this can be disambiguated or retargeted to the primary topic if appropriate; however, if none are found that would lead to the current target not being the primary topic, the target article [[{{{target}}}]] should be moved to the base title [[{{{redirect}}}]] since a disambiguator would be unnecessary.
