editMayasalis Attended St Jude primary school IHIEVEBE Edo state from 1998 to 2003,obtained her Senior school leaving certificate in the year 2009 from Afashio mixed secondary school,Etsako west local government Edo state.
She obtained BSc. in Microbiology from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria in 2015.
A Certificate in Health and safety at work, In Risk Assessment practical application, Environmental awareness from British International Safety Organization and a certificate of Basic First Aid/CPR from Novelle Center Port Hartcort, Nigeria in 2016.
She’s a member of The United Kingdom Health Safety and Environment Organization (UK SHE Organization) and currently reading masters in Industrial Microbiology.
She is also the CEO of MAYASALIS International limited,Concept Services and a co founder of Yara empire.
Mayasalis is the president and found of Mayasalis Entrepreneurship and vocational EMPOWERMENT foundation (MEVEF ).An NGO that focuses on developing self-reliant individuals through vocational skills,Entrepreneurship,Health,Agriculture and Education. This she started since she was 14 years old.She is a well known advocate for self-reliance and hold morals and ethics in high value hence her Talk show focus "Deep convo with Mayasalis" where she talk about discipline,ethics,morals,values and selflessness.
Maya was born into the family of Alhaji and Hajia Salisu Musa both from Ivie(IMIEGBA) in Etsako East local government Edo state.Both parents were farmers in WARRAKE at Owan east local government Edo state where they gave birth to maya in the year 1995.
