Mazllom Mejzini was born on (November 15, 1930 – February 5, 2004) in the city of Gjakove. Neither the parents, let alone other family members, nor anyone else would have thought that this star will transform the city of Gjakova and much beyond, for 74 years in a row.

In the second grade of primary school, as an 8-year-old, he will have his first concert, of course in front of his classmates and their parents. After a very short time, his teacher Xheladin Hana, who would later become a participant of the LNC and then, in 1948, would be killed by the infamous SBSh (UDB), seeing his talent as a singer , engages him in the festive concert in honor of November 28. It was 1941 and Mazllom Mejzini was only 11 years old. The concert, which consisted mainly of songs with a patriotic character, was very successful and among the most distinguished was precisely that one. This concert would become the key moment for Mazllom Mejzini's future, who would gain much more momentum first in the field of singing.

After finishing primary school, Mazllom Mejzini continues high school. Triggered by the success of the 1941 concert and bearing in mind that in the meantime no such concerts had been organized since Kosovo was involved in the Second World War, a period of rest followed for both Mazllom Mejzin and his friends with who sometimes, even in times of war, would gather and sing in each other's houses.

Mazllom Mejzini is distinguished as a singer-songwriter of nearly 80 popular and light songs, an instrumentalist, and a well-known singer not only in Kosovo and throughout Albania, but also beyond.
