The NSO is an old society that continues to thrive on ancestral cultures. This work can be improved by looking at how the NSO society has evolved from post-colonial times, and how it made through colonial times. Finally, it will be worth looking at how the NSO is coping with modern times.

From my understanding, the colonial times have brought some changes in the Nso society. They were introduced to Christianity and additionally, most of them received the colonial education. The education also affected the tradition of Nwegeron. Today, the new men of titles are men of education working with the local government in the urban areas.Therefore, the Nwegeron is based now on social client relations.
