I like making things better.

What I do I write and improve articles, mostly aiming at Good Article and Featured Article standard. My main subject area is early twentieth-century British boxing, but I'll work on anything that catches my interest and has decent sources. Recent work has ranged from Bombardier Billy Wells and the National Sporting Club to algorithmic amplification and the printing press. I do a lot of sourcing from the British Newspaper Archive, cross-referenced against civil records, census returns and modern scholarship. Printing press Level-4 vital article. Promoted to GA in May 2026 after extensive citation, prose and structural work on a long-standing article.
