The Giant of Clacton on Sea in Essex
Back in the late 19th century, Michael Hunt was the biggest giant in all of the world.
Measuring 12 foot 7 inches he was as tall as a house and as wide as a caravan.
He couldn't find work in the local shops as he was staggeringly tall, so he roamed the streets giving milk to the good people of Great Clacton in Essex.
Reaching up to their first floor windows Mike was the first delivery giant and was the inspiration for Jeff Bezos’s Amazon venture which is now the biggest company on the planet.
With size 28 feet his boots had to be hand made by his mother Yourak.
Mike Hunt sadly passed away while climbing Mount Everest in 1897 and was laid to rest in a triple grave near his mother's home.
People regularly flock to the seaside resort to visit his grave and pay their respects by leaving milk bottle tops.
