Will Bailey is a fictional character portrayed by Joshua Malina in the television serial drama The West Wing. Bailey held several positions in the second Bartlet administration (2003–2007) in the White House Office of Communications[1][2] and the Office of the Vice President[3]. During the course of the serial, Bailey also served as the campaign manager of a dead Congressional candidate[4], the campaign manager of a Presidential campaign[5] and as a Congressman from Oregon[6].
