Early Life
editBorn in Tokyo, Japan. Practice acting, singing and dancing at Gekidan Wakakusa :Children Troup Wakakusa (1966-1971), then studied with Nanako Yamada Modern Dance Studio (1971-1979). Attend Bunka Gakuin High School (1976-1979)upon graduation, moved to New York. Studied at The Joffrey Ballet School, received a scholarship at the Alvin Ailey School and the Martha Graham School. The Martha Graham Ensemble member since 1984-1987, then The Martha Graham Dance Company in 1987
