History

On July 8, 2005 Zhone announced the acquisition of Paradyne. Paradyne products are now supported by Zhone via service contracts. Prior to Paradyne's acquisition by Zhone, Paradyne traded on the NASDAQ as PDYN.

Products

The Paradyne produced BitStorm 4800 and 4200 series DSLAMs support a web-based administration interface, configurable port rates, internet protocol and MAC address security (optional), SNR, VPI/VCI, and more.
