Biography

My name is Marc Jennings, wikipedia username mjennings1983. I was born in Edinburgh and have lived here all of my life, currently i live in Penicuik which is located about 10 miles to the South of Edinburgh.

About me

I currently work as an IT Service Manager for the University of Edinburgh, working on live webcasting, media production, media asset management and lecture capture solutions. I am also a member of the Army Reserve and a qualified UKCC rugby coach.

My qualifications:

HND Architectural Technology with Quantity Surveying
ITIL Service Management v2
ITIL Service Management v2 - 3 bridge^[1]
Level 3 certificate in First Line Management
Level 3 diploma in Teaching in the LifeLong Sector

Some goals i have for the next year are:

increase my knowledge of post-production and associated techniques
gain membership of the chartered management institute
become an active member of the wikipedia community
take part in at least 2 charitable events, Tough Mudder and the Cateran Yomp
