Mohammad Salar Tayaran (Persian: محمد سالار طیران) pronounced [mo-ham-mad saa-laar ta-ya-raan] born 1993 November 19th in Tehran is an Iranian former swimmer and water polo player and current coach. He is currently CEO and manager of Nikan-e-Alborz swimming, water polo and lifesaving team, Iran swimming, water polo and diving federation (IASF) academy coach And ARIANA international sport complex swimming and water polo coach. As a coach, he was one of the 2015 FINA Men's Water Polo Development Trophy competition organizing committee members held in Iran and also, English translator of Uruguay national water polo team.
Club career
As an athlete, he played water polo for Pasargad water polo team in Iran first division water polo league. He also won lots of gold medals in bank-e-melli swimming national competitions as a child and teenager. He also won several table tennis competitions in Alborz province as a high school and also university student. He won a bronze medal in basketball in Tehran province as an elementary student. He also won two gold medals in bank-e-melli soccer competitions as a goal keeper as a teenager.
Coaching career
Starting career from November 2013, he owns and manages Nikan-e-Alborz swimming, water polo and lifesaving team. He is also Iran swimming, water polo and diving federation (IASF) academy coach for more than 5 years. He is also ARIANA international sport complex swimming and water polo coach for more than 30 months. he was one of the 2015 FINA Men's Water Polo Development Trophy competition organizing committee members held in Iran and also, English translator of Uruguay national water polo team. With over 6 years of experience in leading swim and water polo classes for students of various skill levels he possesses the comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding necessary to affect positive overreaching outcomes in this role. A good example for his students is Pourya Shafiei Alavijeh and Khashayar Hoseinian who are currently Iran national lifesaving team members with several international competitions’ experiences and also lots of national championships. They both started their professional sport career in Nikan-e-Alborz team.

1. He has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alborz university of medical sciences.
2. He has professional certificates for wound caring, ICU open heart caring, advanced CPR, drug adjustment, children’s painting interpretation and neonatal CPR
3. He got TOEFL degree from Sokhan school of English at January 2010
