The 2011–12 season was the 17th season of the Midland Football Alliance.[1] [2]
The Midland Football Alliance featured four new clubs:
- Atherstone Town
- Gresley, promoted as champions of the East Midlands Counties Football League
- Heather St John's, promoted as champions of the Midland Football Combination Premier Division
- Tividale, promoted as champions of the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division
