An interbeing facilitation system (IFS) is a collection of tools, people, or other resources assembled for the promotion of interbeing. Some of the goals of an IFS are to:
- Support people in discovering, honing, and expressing their unique gifts
- Foster awareness and deep understanding of the notion that we are not separate from one another
- Catalyze communities in which people
- Are aware of the needs of others
- Know that others are aware of their needs
- Have the opportunity to share their gifts with others
- Enjoy receiving gifts from others
