For my wikipedia assignment, I plan on updating the exiting page on capitalist realism. I plan to expand on the page; as the current page states, Capitalist realism has several meaning, so I will specifically focus on the parts pertaining to Mark Fisher's description of capitalist realism. I plan to give an in-depth overview of the ideals he expresses in Capitalist Realism: Is There No Alternative? and then expand upon it using interviews and other works he has done on the subject. A list of potential sources includes

Fisher, Mark. Capitalist Realism: Is there no alternative?. Winchester: Zero Books, 2009. ISBN 978-1846943171

Mark Fisher and Jeremy Gilbert, 'Capitalist Realism and Neoliberal Hegemony: A Dialogue', New Formations, 80--81 (2013), 89--101 (at p. 90); doi:10.3898/NEWF.80/81.05.2013.

Mark Fisher: “Crises of Capitalism won’t in and of themselves deliver a better world”, CEASEFIRE. 30 Sept. 2010. Retrieved 14 Feb. 2017

The current article has a section devoted entirely to Fisher's definition of Capitalist realism. It is, however, lacking on 2 fronts. First of all it fails to give a full overview of the books ideals. While a definite goal is to expand on that, reading the entire book may not be feasible in this course. Something that is certainly plausible, however, is adding from other sources. The current article only cites FIsher's book Capitalist Realism: Is there no alternative?. Fisher has appeared in multiple interviews, conducted detailed dialogues with peers, and even wrote a blog. These can be used to supplement and flush out his ideas in this section.
