Gardenia (bakery) is a Singaporean plant bakery producing sandwich bread using the Sponge and Dough bread-making method. Gardenia started from a small in-store bakery but now produces on a large scale in a number of plants in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, China and India.
