Rucagu Boniface is a Rwandan politician who was born in Nemba sector, in Burera district a former governor of the previously known as Ruhengeri prefecture, currently a Northern Province, he has been leading the Rwanda National Itorero Commission. Rucagu has played a key role in fighting insurgency[1] in Ruhengeri.
