About Me
editI'm a GenX, native-born Sydneysider (northern beaches), living and working in Canberra, Australia. I used to be a trombonist, dabbled in professional acting, and spent a good number of years working in the airline and travel trade, here and in the UK. Nowadays, I'm an academic librarian – go figure. By day I teach information and digital literacy to university students, whilst by night I dream of writing the great Australian novel (though I'm a dedicated non-fiction junkie), or escaping to exotic locales, preferably somewhere in the Asia-Pacific. I'm also a cat person, and devoted (though non-militant) vegetarian. I'm still very much learning my way around the whys and wherefores of Wikipedia, so please bear with me as I bungle my way through all this wonderful information!
