During Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/TingMing, TingMing was blocked indefinitely on 6 June 2007 for "numerous counts of disruption, vandalism, edit-warring, abusive sockpuppetry, and general incorrigibility". On 21 June 2007, at 19:28, TingMing was also banned by the ArbCom for 1 year as a result of the arbitration case. At 20:09, that same day, SirFozzie blocked user Nationalist indefinitely as a result of Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Nationalist, in which it was concluded that Nationalist and TingMing were one and the same person. When you regard Nationalist as the parent account, TingMing is a sockpuppet of Nationalist (note that SirFozzie described TingMing as the parent account in the block log). The accounts have remained blocked, but the person behind the accounts has never been labeled community banned. The ArbCom ban expired on 6 June 2008.
