Awanabad is a very small town in tehsil Pallandri of district Sudhanuti of Azad Jammu Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located about 55 KM, south west of Poonch city. It’s a beautiful small town with lots of hilly tracks and plenty of beauty in a remote area and has a full road from city of Pullandri. Total population of the town is just over 5000. Source of living for the people here is agriculture and live stock.
