The Walter Sisulu Paediatric Cardiac Centre for Africa (WSPCCA) is a surgical unit specialising in cardiothoracic surgery and intervention for children who suffer from congenital heart disorders.
Based in the Netcare Sunninghill Hotpial in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa, the unit operates both as a private practice for children who are covered by medical insurance, and as a philanthorpic charity organisation that raises money to pay for surgery and intervantion amongst the underprivilaged and indigent children of Africa.
