editHmmm.. I thought it would be good to separate the stations by prefecture, but it doesn't look very nice. The orignal way is better imho. Here they are (feel free to copy/edit the first table if you have a different idea to display this info)

Map Test
editThis is two sample images, created with a program that reads Latitude/Longitude from a file downloaded off a Japanese govt web site. The data can be freely distributed in a derivative format, such as these pictures.
First, is a picture of Miyagi and surrounding areas (some Fukushima, Yamagata, and Iwate, I think).
Next, is just a picture of Sendai's wards.
Finally, a colorized Miyagi (with Izumi) map, enlarged for detail visibility.
