Web application:
The article has so many embedded links that it's almost overwhelming the main content. Simple words that aren't directly relevant are linked to their own pages, and some of the links seem like stretched connections anyway. For example, when talking about "adding to the [technical] support cost and decreasing productivity," productivity is linked to the page defining productivity in general—not a type of productivity specific to anything web-based. There are several other similar links to unnecessary pages. Aside from that, the major pages and project links are relevant and useful.
